Muslim Brotherhood linked group leads Islamic prayer on Capitol Hill

Black Jihad is the leader of the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association – the Congressionally-approved, Muslim only group that converts the U.S. Capitol Building into a mosque every Friday.

This past Friday, they were led in prayer by a Muslim chaplain who also has been part of two Muslim Brotherhood linked groups. A communications director for unindicted co-conspirator CAIR, and imam for the Muslim Students Association.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Islamic studies after studying on weekends and became a spokesman for the local branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. He did Muslim outreach for two Texas members of Congress and helped navigate civil-rights discussions with the departments of Justice and Homeland Security.
