Demonstrators grabbed the motorcyclist, Abbas Kargar Javid, who assassinated bystander Neda Agha Soltan
and stripped him of his ID cards
- as shown below.

These are "laissez-passer" ID's granting him access and passage from three different "law enforcement" organizations.

Reports from Iran indicate the regime had him killed
to prevent disclosure that she was killed accidentally
because the regime mistook her for the sister of a protestor
they literally would kill to inhibit.
