"CORANCAN"
“Corancan”: Graffiti artist paints French can-can girls in burqa’s
by creepingsharia
FYI, graffiti libel is the artists term…it’s actually unclear what it says on the left “Graffiti Liber? ?” The other side of the painting says “nique la pol” which we are told translates to “f–k the police.”
From TV5Monde,
hat tip @Rat_des_champs:
The English street artist Nick Walker, a specialist graffiti stencil, made a mural of 4 m long and a wall of Paris featuring six women wearing the veil and shown dancing the cancan, noted l ‘AFP.
In this fresco, women wear a black veil, leaving exposed only their eyes but raise their skirts and lift the leg, revealing garters and frilly colors of the French flag, like the French cancan dancers.
Nick Walker was invited to Paris by “Studio 55″, gallery specializing in urban art. In a joint statement of the artist and the gallery, the work is presented as “voile islamique + tradition française = le +Corancan+ ?”
“Islamic veil + French tradition = the Corancan + ?” Brief video here.
Will the poor, unemployed, underprivileged Muslim Asian youths use this as an excuse to wage jihad riot? Will fatwa’s follow?
When Princess Hijab defaced French ads by converting infidels to veiled, sometimes armed, Muslims – no one seemed to mind.
